Τσαλαπάτας Πλινθοκεραμοποιείο
Το πρότζεκτ του πλινθοκεραμοποιείου του Τσαλαπάτα στην πολή του Βόλου ύπηρξε αναμφισβήτητα η πιο σημαντική παρέμβαση του Δήμου Βόλου και υλοποιήθηκε μετά από την ένταξη του στο πρόγραμμα Urban της Ε.Ε. Ο Ιωάννης Μαρμαράς (μέλος του γραφείου μας) υπήρξε προϋστάμενος της ομάδας των μελετητών της ΔΕΜΕΚΑΒ που ανέλαβε τον σχεδιασμό του έργου απο την αρχή μέχρι την ολοκλήρωση της μελέτης και την υλοποίηση του καθόλη την διάρκεια που ο Δήμος είχε την ευθύνη της οργάνωσης και λειτουργίας του συγκροτήματος.
The project of Tsalapatas bricklay factory in the city of Volos, was undoubtedly the most important intervention of the Municipality of Volos and was implemented after its accession to the EU Urban program. Yiannis Marmaras (member of our office) was the head of the team of designers of DEMEKAV who undertook the design of the project from the beginning to the completion of the study, and its implementation throughout the duration of the Municipality's responsibility for the organization and operation of the complex .
